5Blazing speeds - State of the art graphics - Outstanding customer service  Dec 17, 2011 By tsj
I researched many gaming computers and purchased this computer based on the high-end gaming specifications, company's reputation, price, and awesome looking case. This was a gift for our 17 year old son and the computer arrived in less than a week. Quality packaging, plug and play setup, and comes with CDs of all preloaded software as backup. While setting it up I ran into an issue where the keyboard had one numeric key that wasn't working when pressed down. I called Microtel customer service and they sent a new keyboard out instantly. This responsive & friendly customer service is ideal. We are very impressed and our son is extremely happy with the graphics and how much his FPS has climbed while playing League of Legends. I would definitely recommend the Tiatanium TI9082 computer to all.

5Excellent choice for a good high-end computer  Jan 02, 2012 By Don Chochaguano
Had some issues when it came (something must've happened during shipping) so called their customer service. They were very professional and replaced it right away at no charge. The new one works great, and is FAST. Everything I've thrown at it so far, it can handle no problem. So if you're looking for a quality product with excellent customer service, this might be for you.

    5Great Computer  Apr 19, 2012 By obscurant
I debated whether to get this system or to do a self build for a while. After crunching the numbers, this turned out to be a good deal, and low noise liquid cooling isn't very easy to implement (and this computer is whisper quiet), though they could have dropped the price by using only 8GB of RAM, since no game you'll play will use more than that. I've played Deus Ex 3, Fallout 3, Quake 4 and Doom 3, all on ultra settings, and this computer doesn't lag one bit. Really impressed with the Radeon's performance. I removed some software to get the system lean, but for the most part, the setup is really great, with some good freeware apps that I already use, and everything you need to overclock the CPU and GPU (though I haven't tried that yet). Really excellent computer and I'm glad I went with it. You will have to purchase software to play blu-rays on the drive however, which doesn't come cheap, at least until the freeware VLC gets the functionality completed.

5Outstanding Company  Mar 31, 2012 By William Michael Benson
Received this product about two weeks ago. The system kicked butt. Great graphics. Amazing gaming experience.

Then, blue screen of death. The poor thing went into a death spiral. It tried to repair Windows, couldn't do it for a day or so. Finally ran the repair and apparently ended up completely reinstalling Windows. Then the hardware wouldn't work. Couldn't figure out how to get drivers reinstalled. The internet wouldn't connect because the hardware wasn't working. I was frustrated and immediately tried getting in touch with their tech support. Got lost in an IVR...horrible loop where no one would answer. Ended up filing a complaint with Amazon.

Then...got hold of the company. Turns out their hours were wrong on Amazon. The super nice lady that answered the phone apologized, put up with me being mad for a minute and then immediately offered to take complete care of me. When I told her I was at work and couldn't even work on the computer now, she found out what time I'd be home from work, told me to call them and a tech would be waiting to assist. She didn't even need any more information than my name. She assured me they'd be ready to help me when I called back.

And were they ever. She answered the phone again when I called later. She immediately knew who I was and said she was going to get me in touch with the tech that built my machine. He was helping someone else, but he called me back within 15 minutes. So incredibly patient and polite...and apologetic. He asked great questions, gave really great info on what had happened and walked me through getting the rig up and running TIGHT. It took us a while to work through it but he was right on every step of the way. While we were working, he already had a disk on the way with all the drivers (should have come with one, but I swear I couldn't locate it). I'm typing this review with a completly functional PC again. Thanks Andrew!

Problems happen with computers. I am so happy I purchased from an American company that gave the best customer service I have ever received.

5Compter is AWESOME, Customer Service/Tech Support is AWESOMER!  May 19, 2012 By twg
Ok, first off, I am NO computer geek. I say that because the computer that this one replaced was about 6 years old, so any computer would, by default, seem like an incredible upgrade. This, however, goes beyond that. It is lightning fast. I am sure there are faster ones, and I am sure I could tweek this one to improve it, but again, not the geek.

Ok, so I got the computer, was super excited, but it wouldn't start up (or so I thought). It was actually running but was stuck on some funky screen. Called tech support. Solved the problem. Less than 5 minutes! Had the monitor plugged into the wrong HDMI port. Who would've thunk? Again...not a geek....getting the picture?

Ok, so I am up and operating. The computer is doing some weird things, but seem related to typing. So I isolated the problem the the included keyboard. Called them and explained...didn't even go ANY further than the lady who answered the phone...she automatically sent out a new keyboard. No tech support, no RMA, no returning the defective keyboard. No questions asked.

Ok, so everything is outstanding now, almost too good. BAM, house got struck by lightning. Computer was fine, except could not access internet. Seemed isolated to the LAN on the motherboard AND the installed wireless card...go figure. Called tech support, did a bunch of troubleshooting and put in a ticket to have it fixed. Asked how much it would cost for the motherboard, he said NOTHING. Was covered by warranty! My neighbor warned me that they probably wouldn't cover lightning strike issues or the like. I was floored!

THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE HIGHEST INTEGRITY, DEPENDABLE, COURTEOUS COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Go with Microtel. You will not regret it
