 Love breathable bumpers May 05, 2012

My little guy started out in a mini crib, we bought the breatheable baby bumpers for that crib. When he graduated to the big crib, I was less concerned about SIDS at that point, but found that he would stick his arms/legs through the slats and also lose his pacifier at night (falling between slats). We bough this and no longer have those problems. However, unlike his original mini crib bumpers, these do not line up perfectly when velcroing closed.

I love this thing. It is not really a bumper, as it does not keep the baby from bumping up against the bars. I was looking for a way to keep my baby from getting her legs caught in the crib bars. In addition, it keeps pacifiers in, so I don't have to keep getting up to give them to her. It also looks cute. The fabric and fit is such that there is no way a baby is at risk from suffocation.

LOVE the mesh bumpers by Breathablebaby. Easy to put them on once we figured out the correct spacing. They have been wonderful as my son is a very active sleeper, he moves around SO much and gets stuck in between the slats etc. LOVE this product.

We bought this bumper to keep our little girl's arms and legs in the crib. It works! Even though the bumper is mesh, it does not let a lot of light into the crib as one reviewer suggested. It would be impossible for a baby to "see through" the bumper. The bumper is also lightly padded which is a nice feature. I love that it Velcros to the crib. It also looks a lot nicer than I expected.
