The classic 3 Apr 04, 2004 Looking for a comprehensive textbook that contains both a qualitative and quantitative accounting of the structure and function of biological macromolecules, the 3 volumes of Cantor & Schimmel's Biophysical Chemistry are second to none. Just the enormous amount of information included in all three sets, makes this a must in any biological chemists or physical chemists bookshelf.

A classic. Feb 01, 2004 This book (3rd in the series) provides an in depth coverage of biophysical chemistry. Highly recommended as a textbook for students. It will also serve as a reference for experienced researchers. Very good treatment of conformational transitions in biopolymers.
